At Ghismaé, we aim to deliver your order with care, speed and reliability. All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, using trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or after the Friday cut-off will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
During peak periods (Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer.
