General Terms
We want you to love your Ghismaé purchase. If your order isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we accept returns or exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:

Item is new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

All original internal garment tags are still attached

Return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please do not return items to the address shown on the shipping label (waybill). This is not our return location. Parcels sent there are destroyed by the logistics provider, and refunds cannot be issued.
All returns must be shipped to our authorized warehouse address, which will be provided once your return request is approved.
Always ensure your return request is submitted before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
How to Return or Exchange Your Order

Go to “My Orders” and select the order you wish to return.

Click “Request a Return” and follow the steps shown.

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return form and instructions in your account dashboard.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Reports made after this period unfortunately cannot qualify for a refund or exchange.
