Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Ghismaé ships worldwide from our distribution center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

How long does it take to process orders?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or after Friday cut-off will begin processing on Monday.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
How long does delivery take?

Because Ghismaé ships from Amsterdam, delivery times are:

Fast Delivery Regions:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium: 2–4 business days
  • Germany: 2–5 business days
  • Luxembourg: 2–5 business days

Wider Europe:

  • France, Austria, Denmark: 3–6 business days
  • Italy, Spain, Portugal: 4–7 business days

United Kingdom: 4–7 business days

United States & Canada: 7–15 days

Middle East: 6–12 days

Australia: 10–20 days

Peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday) may extend processing and delivery times slightly.
Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within a few hours of placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Cancellations can be requested via your Ghismaé account.
How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Shipping is free for orders over €150
Where can I track my order?

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

You can also track your order via the Track Order page in your Ghismaé account.
Can I return a product?

Yes. Ghismaé accepts returns within 14 days, provided the item is:

New, Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. With all original tags attached FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
